I think you've read the wrong thing into his words. This is what he said, "He believes that investors in his own stock are transitioning from momentum investors to value investors."

Momentum investing is bad for any company. What you want is growth value investors. That is how you get the PE's of a MSFT or ORCL - NOT from momentum investors. He has said exactly the correct thing if you want NITE to have a MSFT PE. Growth value investing is the key. I'll be glad to have the volatile momentum monkeys go to another playground.
