I always keep a copy on my desktop for those who spam me via e-mail: I just attach it to my response to them, in addition to citing the U.S. law regarding chain letters and pyramid schemes. I could e-mail the file to you, or anyone else who is interested. But pehaps the easiest thing is to do a search on the term 'Netiquette'. It will return several sources, including a version from the generally accepted standard source, Virginia Shea: albion.com My point is not to discourage your laudable attempts at finding a way to deal with kooks, but to try to get us all rowing in the same direction!
