Dr. Hirschman, is not a super star in his field, from anything I have found.

He has published no research other than the recent one about
ADVR, for which he was paid handsomely. Neither the Journal of Investigative Medicine ( a poorly regarded publication) nor Mt Sinai can verify that this abstract was reviewed by any peers, which is normal procedure.

4. This is normal procedure. Whose procedure? Is there a standard review process he failed to follow? How do you know this?
His assistant in this work was referred to as a Dr., when in fact he is a lab technician.

I would imagine his contract did though, if there are any other applicants,perhaps they too hope for a sizeable compensation package. >>Is this an assumption on your part? If you have any idea why ADVR, needs 3 separate facilities, when they don't have a product, I would like to hear it.

Where do you get your information concerning recent applicants? It isn't in the 10K which I did read, except for the finacials, which I skipped, since they are pretty obvious anyway. The future debt looks
enormous, future revenues seem to be a long way off.

Dr. H rather than generate any confidence, seems to have caused a drop in the stock price of about 50%.

You sound like the same person who has continuously debated us for months, and attempted to drive ADVR in the ground, yet you have avoided everyone's questions regarding your own interest. I for one can remember asking you 4 months ago what your interest was in this company, at a time when you were continually slamming people for wanting to invest and make money in it.
