Michael is only one factor of their management team. The major actions of the troika of Michael, Meredith and the "unnamed one" have shifted to Meredith and the significant other. Let's not forget that Dell's management team has stayed together (hopefully this is a plus) while CPQ's has consistently shifted. Which has proved better in time of challenge?
