Search By Company Name, PR Firm and Graphic Designer

We are please to announce that last week we hired Ms. Hannah Belford as our new, full time Graphic Designer. Hannah brings with her over seven years of experience in graphic design, and will be responsible for the "look" of our Search Directory. It will take Hannah several weeks to get up to speed, so look for some of her creative changes in early March 2000.

We are also pleased to announce that the company has entered into a contract with Verrecchia Group of Montreal as its Public Relation firm. The Verrecchia group specializes in high technology, Internet & Telecommunications industries and product positioning to the media throughout Canada and the United States.

Over the past several weeks we have been mentioning the fact that we've anticipated implementing our "Search by Company Name" feature in our Search Directory by the end of February 2000. We are pleased to announce that our Production Department has completed the Beta test version three weeks ahead of schedule. Now when you do a search, you will have the following two options: #1 The option to search by industry type, and #2 The option to search by company name. This is a major new enhancement to our search process, and we are please to unveil the Beta version so soon after our January 1st, 2000 launch.

Last week we signed up "more.com" under our Affiliate program. more.com is a leading drug store e-commerce company where you can shop for health, beauty and wellness products online. To see a more.com Banner Ad do a Full Search and then type in "drug" and choose a state or province and then click on "drug stores and proprietary stores" for American searches or "pharmacies" for Canadian searches.

As far as the filing of our "SB-2" securities documentation is concerned, we anticipate that the document will be forwarded to the SEC by the end of this week.

Yours truly,

C.F. Sweeney
President & C.E.O.
