SOLD 100% of my IFMX position at 14 5/8. Still a very nice gain, however, I don't want to be stuck in a CDN/AVNT type quagmire. The products IBM is suing over represent a lot of past revenue. furthermore, IBM doesn't sue out of spite or for trivial reasons. I'm very disappointed by this. IFMX may still hit my long-term target - but I now think the ride is a bit riskier.
