Ron, I got in last week after reading your post on the company. I saw the price going the opposite the direction of the good news that was released so I decided to call the company this morning.

I talked to Betty Sullivan, Exec.VP and COO - LAHA.

She was very cordial and professional. She told me the company is talking to a broker to determine who the person is shorting the stock. She did not know who it was.

Betty did say that the company will be filing the 10Q real soon, being as it is due by February 19, 2000. She said there would be a PR when the 10Q is filed.

Betty inadvertently mentioned that the next PR will be on the acquisition of Paradigm Mortgage Associates, Inc. She quickly released that she shouldn't have mentioned it to me and stated that she could not give me anymore information on it.

Another point Betty made was that there are approximately 10-12 MM's on the stock, but they do not have large positions.

She was very upbeat and expects the stock to recover with all the business activity they are looking at this year.

So, we are looking at a minimum of two more PR's this month, in the very near future.

I liked the long term prospects of the company and the direction it is headed. The historical pricing shows that today's price is the very bottom. With the upcoming news, I think we will see a nice, steady rise in the price.
