Add me to the list as well. Most recently, I put a purchase order in on Friday, received a message that the order expired. I increased my limit and purchased on Monday. On Wednesday I receive a confirmation statement in the mail confirming that my order did execute on Friday! Now I'm in for twice as much as I wanted to be at a higher price than I wanted.
