D, since you use option strategies here is a part speculation and part arbitrage play. I bought 600 shares of inpr and sold 7 corl July 25 calls. Basis of inpr is 8.45 per share. I believe deal will go through, both companies need it. But the street will not be convinced of probable success of deal and I believe borl will linger in 15-25 area. Position is profitable with corl above 11.5 in July (currently 19.5). If corl rises I buy 100 shares of inpr when corl reaches 22,24,26,28.
Note to Paul S. Sold half of my wilcf today. Bought at 1.5 and sold at 4.5.
