Regarding NYSE stocks, there's not much you can do with that stuff. Regarding NASDAQ stocks, try using Island trades to chart the pre/after market trades. While not perfect, it is reasonably accurate.

To use Island trades, enter the following in the chart's symbol box, "ISLD:<symbol>". For instance, for Microsoft, enter "ISLD:MSFT".

During the pre-market, I keep two matching QCharts quote sheets open - one with the NASDAQ symbol, one with the Island symbol. That way I can monitor what is happening to the market in general and, with one click, check the stock's Island chart.
