No new news here. If ands, and buts. Look at the charts, same old thing. bigcharts.com
Only 2 mil in Rev, huge losses, and only government money keeping this company alive. 60 employees, they say they "might" be able to reduce the cost of oil clean-up by as much as 50%. I repeat, they say 'they may be able to'. This is old news first in May and again in Sept. P&D, in my opinion. Up from $2, to $14, that's pretty impressive, but i think it will be under 10 by weeks end. Jmho.
