Yeah, those guys are real SOB's. XTO had been weak all day and I have been buying (sold my FST and BSNX positions). Shortly after they announced the downgrade the bid volume jumped dramatically, and has been growing ever since. Looks like I might have to wait for another day to accumulate. Some figures for most recently reported quarter's productions:

XTO: 38 BCFE of which 1.1 mmbbl oil
OEI: 38 BCFE of which 6.7 mmbbl oil
FST: 22 BCFE no oil
BSNX: 8 BCFE who cares how much is oil
