The GUMM stock fraud

<<Some of his comments that come to mind that have been proven false>>

<<0 retail sales>>

You are lying. I said sales were "negligible". This is absolutely correct and verified through numerous queries of retail outlets such as Costco.

<<0 reorders>>

You are lying. I never said "0 reorders". However, negligible sales would of course imply few reorders.

<<all homeopathic remedies are a fraud>>

This is absolutely correct. Hoemopathy - nearly by definition - is fraudulent medicine. This is not disputable, and there is absolutely zero scientific evidence that Homeopathic medications work. That's why when you do a web search for the words "Homeopathy" and "Fraud" you get so many hits. by the way, I don't understand why you would need to defend the pseudoscience of Hoemopathy. Didn't the good doctor - Howie Epstein - state that even though Zicam was labeled as Homeopathic, it actually wasn't Homeopathic (I'm still scratching my head over that one by the way)?

<<He has been wrong about nearly everything that he has said about GUMM>>

I am 100% correct about the GUMM stock fraud. The results speak for themselves:

1) There is zero scientific evidence that Zicam works. The "clinical studies" sponsored by the company are a farce and not publishable in any respected medical journal.

2) Zicam's earnings report was horrible, and sales of Zicam - past the small hype phase - are in the toilet.

<<you dragged me into a ridiculous lengthy discussion about it>>

You have to be f*cking kidding me. Are you high? You and Howie must hold the record for the lengthiest, most boring, most WRONG diatribes I have EVER seen on SI.

<<He has been wrong about nearly everything that he has said about GUMM, including the direction of the stock>>

The GUMM stock fraud will eventually - and inevitably - trade in the low single diogits. I may have shorted too early, but that's never been a problem for me...as long as I'm confident of the long term outcome.
