Sure reads like fraudulent acct practices. Must be a loophole... I don't own any priceline.com. I agree that this is a deceptive practice, but it's legal because they claim that technically they buy the ticket and resell it to the consumer. If the consumer were to welch on the bid then priceline.com would supposedly be stuck with the ticket.
