Re: TSFT tender offer: Why such a huge spread? I haven't yet pulled up the tender offer, but what you've provided makes it look suspiciously too easy - a minimum of 12.5% return in one month (buy at 6.125, sell at a minimum of $7).

Any idea? Is the over-subscription possibility responsible for most of this discount?
