Also helps the domestic EnP's, especially the ones who haven't been holding off exploration/drilling. The longer this goes on, the better. I say "Let 'em play!"

Think Slider is taking the wrong approach this time. Selling the EnP's and nibbling at the drillers doesn't make sense to me. We shall see...
