Another interpretation of why Bezos is going off-shore for his funding is that perhaps the US market does not have the appetite to bite off an additional chunk. Apart from any regulatory issues, he may not have any other source of funds available to him locally. One thing we should keep an eye on is how this issue gets priced, and whether or not the company is just selling dicsounted stock. S Pal, You have a point too. It appears from today's action the market like the stock????
