Hi Ron S: I;m flatered that you ask me this as I see from your profile you have a degree in Geoligey (sp). Ron I am a buyers broker in Real Estate for the past 10 years and the companys I have worked for resale the land, and yes the money is always made at the buy. The cheeper I buy the land the cheeper I can sale it as a double, the easer the sale . If they want say 25,000 for a piece I know I can resale for 50,000 I still try to get it for $20,000 cause I KNOW I can get $40,000 and anything over is gravey! Mining stocks are even more so at destrest sale prices like now! $340 gold, Bre-x scams, Nobody wants the jr. golds even few bidders for the most solid of the lot. Right now is the best time to buy I can remember sence December 1992, and a lot better selection then back then I might add.If you buy solid companys now you won;t need to hold out till the company is Overvallued to get a double! The trouble is in buying latter in the game at say 50% higher prices it is going to have to triple todays price to get the double. So you do not need to hold on so long for the double if you buy right.Ron the fellow I have bought land in Vermont for has a timber,mile and kiln operation,, and I ran the real Estate division he Always has said the time to buy is when someone Really wants to sale(to get the lowest price) the time to sale is when soneone really want to buy! (to get the highest price) The man is worth 60 million dollars!Buy the way I pick mining stocks for him and he is buying a lot right now!He even usses my broker in Spokane and we are in Vermont.Buy the way the idea of your Sept. Oct. spike in light of were so much drilling is being done now in south americia is a thought that I have factored into my own thinking this past year.Hope my words helped but most of all I hope they give you courage,if I was your age and starting out I would put every peney I could musterd into the solid well financed jr. golds with several projects going for them right now!If you ever wish to call please feel free to do so e-mail me and I be glad to give you my phone number.
