Officers and Directors of Integrated Spatial Information Solutions Buy Shares
GOLDEN, Colo., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ISSS - news) today confirmed that officers and directors of this spatial information technology integrator and its subsidiary purchased 852,000 shares of the company's common stock
between Dec. 15, 1999 and Jan. 31, 2000 through a private placement offering. The shares are subject to a 12-month holding period under SEC Rule 144d.
During the past three quarters, the company has restructured and moved aggressively to implement its growth strategy. Proceeds from the offering will augment the parent company's working capital and eliminate the burden on its profitable subsidiary, PlanGraphics, Inc.
This follows the exercise of an option to purchase 688,235 shares of the company's common stock by Gary S. Murray, chairman of Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, on July 15, 1999.
