Three weeks ago GZ was in the investor chat room and stated that he was "confident" that the "E" would not be added to the PNLK symbol and that all SEC issues would be resolved. Now it is inevitable that the "E" will be added and thus, the SEC issues have not been resolved.

Now GZ is confident that by March 11, (or whatever the exact date is), all SEC issues will be resolved. We could be f****d.

Hoping not.
