To Rudedog;

I'm not challenging your comment regarding MC's options. However, IMHO, it does seem somewhat odd to tie MC's options to price of stock rather than strictly to EPS. Stock price cannot necessarily be controlled by MC or CPQ and is too easily influenced and affected by outside factors not relevant to cpq. However, MC can be measured by and is responsible for EPS. What if MC delivers fantastic EPS growth, sales growth, etc. yet stock market turns bearish and cpq fails to properly reflect the improvements made by MC? Again, I'm not saying it isn't true - just that I have not seen options tied strictly to stock price before. If you can find it in black and white please post it because it is, in my view, extremely important. I will look at 10Q's and see if they mention MC's option package. Talk to you later.
