Why do I think CE will double.
Recently I had a very interesting conversation with the CFO of the company Richard Labb‚,very knowledgable of the product by the way. The recent PR with Bell Nexxia is stating that they are supplying the network to CE for customers who have heavy files, like pictures and colored documents, to carry from one place to another. For example,Quebecor printers want to send that heavy files to another division,most of that carrying is done through carriers like UPS or FDX or even with the bicycle guy!! Yes it is still done that way,incredible isn`t?
The sales projection for CE is $500 millions in 5 years.
BCE owns $3millions in warrants not exchangable for a long period.
At the moment they have no competitor in Canada,they do have one in the states called; Wan!Net, and guess who is behind them,MCI Worldcom! Check there site, WAMNET.COM
The way it works is simple they don't use internet because it is unreliable as far speed (T1 for example)congestion and it is not secure (virus).
They use a private network(Bell Nexxia)
CE as 10,000,000 shares outstanding and 50% is float.
In less then a month there will be an announcement,Bell Nexia will become there distributor. Not only will they carry the data but they will sell,promote and commercialise the services to other companies. Second, a private placement in the 6 digits is presently in negociation. With that placement they will be able to move to the TSE and eventualy to a US stock exchange.
That is why the stock will reflect the true value of this undiscovered company.
