CISCO Just came in with Great Revenue Earnings and is up 5 on Instanet. This stock may propel the Nasdaq techs tomorrow and Microsoft is getting ready to rock and roll. It is a great value play based on the revenue stream that is expected from the wide spread purchase of windows 2000. Frank
