First things first, today we have a manufacturing situation on approval, tomorrow...the rest of the world in stages. South America is key here not anything else, at FIRST. The FDA is far away, I suspect. We await Brazil news from Biobras it is said all over. That is the Brazil Folks name; Biobras. I would think the funding of the Phases could be done as a second step, just my opinion.
