So the deal with MSFT is a complicated one. That is the gist of what CFRA is saying. Wake me up when something really serious pops out.

This Schilit guy likes to speak in ominous tones, and it also seems to me he is still trying to ride high on his old Oxford Health Plans call.

So, do you really believe that Janus would buy 10% of HLTH without even doing a little math on HLTH revenue recognition methods? Are you saying they went into this blindly?
