Gene.IMHO,the motive is the incessant demandsfor money,and originating with rhe Trusteee and his lawyer to keep the money rolling into their bank accounts,This is the only source the Federal Judge can use to pay these people. Unfortunately they have absolutely no concern about the debtors nor the shareholders.This is still much more to be seen on this case.It will continue for a number of years. The civil suits have not yet even started.Please keep in mind that laws are created by lawyers for the benefit of lawyers and not for creditors or shareholders.Guess this is why we have so many lawyers.
