You are lying. I said sales were "negligible".

Ok, you didn't exactly say that retail sales would be zero. You said "Sales will be near-zero at retail."

Message 10461843

That's close enough to zero for me. More importantly, your comment doesn't fairly characterize sales at the retail level, which were in the top 2% of the cough and cold category in November and December. If they maintain that pace, Zicam would be one of the top selling cold remedies this year.

<The "clinical studies" sponsored by the company are a farce and not publishable in any respected medical journal.>

There you go sticking your foot in your mouth again with stupid statements. There's no way that you could possibly know if the independent study will be accepted for publication and you don't know if it is a farce until you review the data.

<You are lying. I never said "0 reorders".>

Are you sure about that?

"In other words there's no push-through and no reorders. So basically, the crooks at GUMM have made initial shipments to some retailers...period."

Next time you might want to cover your tracks better.

<This is absolutely correct. Hoemopathy (sic) - nearly by definition - is fraudulent medicine. This is not disputable, and there is absolutely zero scientific evidence that Homeopathic medications work.>

I'm tired of debating this point with you over and over again. I provided link after link to research on the Internet that refutes your bogus claim. I would agree that many homeopathic remedies are fraudulent, but not ALL of them. The FDA allows Zicam to be LABELED as homeopathic because its active ingredient is approved in the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States. The efficacy of Zicam, which has nothing to do with how it is labeled, has been proven in two separate clinical studies irregardless of whether you accept the results.

<The GUMM stock fraud will eventually - and inevitably - trade in the low single diogits (sic)>

IMO, GUMM will eventually - and inevitably - trade over $100 and have earnings per share in the low single digits.

PS to Dale: I was trying to ask for things that Bill has been proven correct on regarding GUMM, not other stocks. Sorry for not being more specific.
