Sorry steve, we do not know what the hold-up is. We know that PNLK submitted the first 10-SB on June 21, 1999 and as of today it has not been approved. Whether due to pencil pushers or just bad work by PNLK we do not know. Only the SEC and PNLK know. Cheers...txl
