NEW YORK, Feb 8 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's and three major stock exchanges -- New York,
Tokyo and Frankfurt -- unvieled on Monday what they described as the first global stock index, the
S&P Global 100 Index.
The index would be "investable", meaning that pending regulatory approval, an investor would be able
to buy shares of a fund based on the index that would mirror the performance of the 100 companies
in the fund.

The following is an aphabetical list of the Global 100 member companies, according to S&P.
