If the company persists in its current constructive mode I know they are coming out with new products, but there have been signs that they are actually cutting-back on the older products. For example, ObjectStore 6.0 shipped with lots of bugs, and even Service Pack 2 has 2 typographic errors in the setup program (that makes me nervous about more critical quality issues). Are you perfectly happy for the company to downgrade the products that still make most of the revenues (and which are still necessary for implementing the new products)? I call that destructive not constructive.
