Thanks for the read on the financials.

The Pri is Right (am I the first to use that pun?); the important thing is that Alydaar is able to not just sustain, but actually keep expanding-- right up until the time when they start collecting on their big contracts.

As for your question about the Reg - S share price, it was $9. My source was the person at Alydaar that made the deal so it is accurate. And if it hasn't been said enough already, I'll say it one more time: these shares, by law, are restricted from being redeemed for one full year. Since the current price of ALYD is sub $9, I thought it interesting to note that you or I can buy as many unrestricted shares as we can afford for less than the investors paid!
