Hi Mr. T Just read an article in Tuesdays Globe and Mail ROB and it discussed the fact that ALL brokers were being overwhelmed with volumes and long waits were common. (telephone particularily) FWIW I've had decent on line trading speed with TD Waterhouse. I think I read that TD Waterhouse just hired 350 more people for trading. Apparently though, it takes 3 months to train a new man and this is enforced by the regulators. Regards C
