BMG is unhedged, HM has a very small hedging programme. HGMCY is completely unhedged. GOLD and DROOY have small (negligible in fact) hedge books. GOLD covered most of it's hedges at far lower gold prices...the timing was impeccable. now their profit will double at PoG 290, triple at 300, quadruple at 310, etc.
