A total of 209,000 shares were registered for sale by 5 ASDV insiders at $24.85 during March. Insiders actually sold only 26,900 shares at the end of February for $27.5 but the 209,000 shares getting ready to go on the block worries me.

I think there will be better opportunities ahead.
