Sequoia Software (SQSW), another divine holding, filed its S-1 today. divine owns 1,215,433 shares of SQSW, purchased at $4.11 per share in November 1999, and has options to purchase an additional 426,078 shares at $4.50 per share. Including the options, divine has a pre-IPO position of 10.7%. Flip is on the board.
