One thing I question is whether this analyst truly works for GKM because if so why could he comment on GKM's OPMR's warrant situation?
Scot Ciccarelli is a GKM Senior Vice President. Besides OPMR he covers MTLG, PSCX, SBL, ZBRA, BBY, CC, CPU, FEB, HAR, PRY'A, PSC, VCR and TAN.

Also listed on the report is Deron Kennedy, but the GKM site does not have a bio on him.
I have no idea as to what he can or cannot comment on when it comes to financial dealings between GKM and OPMR. What I do question is the timing of the previous report on Jan 19th followed by the registration on Jan 24th. I think this borders on pump and dump IMHO. These warrents were issued to GKM when OPMR IPO'd in 1996. GKM may choose to sell the newly issued shares immediately.

However, one thing this report does show is that they do monitor chat room sites such as SI, Yahoo and RB.
