I have been subscribed to this stock group for quite a while and they have never been wrong in the past. I am not saying that
LNUX will go up tomorrow or the next day, but I am sure it will in the near future. That is why I am now an investor in
LNUX.

We are going to establish a beachfront in the Linux sector of the market today. Over one third of all Web hosting
environments are based on Linux platforms. With Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) preparing the rollout of Linux based chips, and
Dell (NASDAQ: DELL), Compaq (NYSE: CPQ), Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) and Gateway (NYSE: GTW), and most
other leading computer hardware companies, all offering Linux software packages, we want to get involved in this space with
only the leaders. Much of the hype has come out of the stocks and today we want to recommend Red Hat Software
(NASDAQ: RHAT), which closed at $89, down 3-3/4, and down from $151. This company is the institutional darling of the
whole group and the stock just completed a secondary offering that was priced at $95. The other name we want to
recommend is VA Linux Systems (NASDAQ: LNUX), which closed at $119-3/8, down 5-5/8, and down from $320. The
company just announced the acquisition of Andover.net (NASDAQ: ANDN) for $975 million creating the leading Internet
destination in the Linux and Open Source Community. Red Hat will be added as a core holding, and VA Linux will be an
aggressive holding. We will spend some time in the upcoming Bulletin on the whole Linux operating system and how its fits
into the New Economy. But for now, the two leading companies in this space have seen their shares pull back to levels that
we want to deploy some capital in. These two stocks should have a solid year and move significantly higher from current
levels. Both companies have excellent management, big name customers, and well-known venture capital partners and
investors backing them. So get involved in these two names and fill in the space in your Internet portfolio that was reserved
for a play on the Linux revolution.

Happy Hunting. Bryan and Mark
