Not so. Check the SEC listing for all the Form 4 sells by Stonecipher over the past few years up to and including this January. Look at how cash flow badly trails net income. Look at how membership retention stinks. Think about how charge backs will occur en masse during the next recession, and nearly all book value will be wiped out in the form of a massive charge.
