Well... terke's point is well taken.

The absence of an announcement from Glenn about the "E" thing after he said it would be forthcoming pushed me over the line. Having my family's long term wellfare to consider, I sold my 9,600 shares because what I thought was an excellent investment opportunity has turned into a crapshoot.

I love the PNLK concept. I think it is brilliant. However, the SEC OTC BB certification process exists for a reason, which is to protect the public from being taken to the cleaners by unscrupulous people who will say and do whatever is in THEIR own interest at the expense of investors who have trusted them.

I am NOT saying that Glenn and PNLK are doing anything wrong. In fact, they seem to be doing a lot of things right. However, as of today they have not satisfied SEC requirements. If they have not done so by Friday PNLK gets tagged with the "E" status (which is starting to sound like a "scarlet letter"). This cannot help but turn off any new perspective investors. Between now and Friday I expect that a lot of other people will come to the same conclusion and also sell their shares, driving the price down even lower. I waited as long as I could, but did not want to get caught in the stampede as we get closer to Friday.

The bottom line is I will repurchase PNLK shares if and when its status with the SEC is settled. I am an investor/speculator, but I'm not a gambler. If I wanted to throw dice I would go to Vegas.

I wish everyone here all the best. For your sakes I hope the SEC thing is settled to PNLK's satisfaction, and quickly. The uncertainty about such an important issue clouds all the good things that can happen in the future.

I will continue to lurk and hope to rejoin this special group as a renewed long when the dust settles. Good luck and God bless.
