Initially all the wafer start were suppose to be converted by December 31st. According to the last CC, they were a bit behind. I am fairly sure that now it is pretty much fully converted.

No. You almost get 2X if the yields are comparable. (25*25)/(18*18)=1.92. Of course the are more issues to consider. I almost wanted to know how much space on the wafer is "waisted" by dicing it up.
