Out most of the day and just getting caught up on all the posts.

I have an evil idea with regards to dealing with the on-line borkers. Let's bring the whole Canadian trading thing to a halt for a day!!! It would go like this.....

We pick a day to do it on and publicize it widely on all the threads. Then... on that day.... every day trader, position trader, short term trader enters 10 extra orders at prices where they're guaranteed not to get hit.... and then over the course of the day, changes each of them 10 times. Since none get hit it costs nothing. The borkers would get so tied up it would take an hour for any real trades to get executed.... which would rally all the other customers as well... actual trading volume would drop so much for the on-line borkers they'd lose their shirts on that day. If you hit them where it counts they might pay attention.

Obviously, publicize the "rebellion" to the press as well to heighten awareness of the problem.

Any takers???
