Rights offering announced, with four rights and $4.60 you will be able to buy another share. The insiders have agreed to pick a large sum of unexercised rights, and I'm afraid they will be all too happy to see this back down at $4.60. Longer term I remain positive but we will likely see some negative reaction in the short term.
