Micromem is not collaborating with Honeywell. They don't have a development or licensing agreement with them. It's the DOE CRADA program.

Ovonyx has a multi-megabyte product coming from Lockheed in about 6 weeks. Micromem is working on a 1000 bit prototype. Much larger prototypes have been around for a long time from other companies.

Ovonyx is streaking across the finish line and Micromem is stuck in the starting gate.
