10001 posts on a space odyssey! Hang on, subscriber numbers were disclosed as being between 2000 and 3000 BEFORE the shares were issued I believe. No, of course I didn't KNOW the market would turn down, though I've been insisting it would since June99 and it STILL has not done as instructed. [I mean the overall market, which of course would carry Globalstar down too]. I don't think Globalstar will need more money. Anyway, there are plenty more people, including me, who would buy more shares if the company needs more money. On a higher level, me too. I don't think Globalstar [or Qualcomm] are dishonest companies. Globalstar is secretive. They both have indulged wishful thinking. But that's okay and for investors to figure out. I think you can be proud of Globalstar and the people there. Sure, they have a similar number of warts as the rest of us, but they've done a good job overall. There is just a bit of marketing performance lacking at the moment. Globalstar will be great once they get this initial marketing mess sorted out. Wait a year or two! Maurice [happy to score post number 10001 = the new beginning] PS: Golf is a stupid game! But stupid games don't get to spoil a good day...
