If you search, there is a lot of info on PCCLF on the internet. CNet, Yahoo, Stockhouse all have Hong Kong sites.

The last link is PCCLF website and in the press room, news releases you will find several articles, including the CMGI joint venture press release.

IMO CMGI's joint venture with PCCLF is a small step on CMGI's part to try and expand beyond the US shores. The growth in the internet is going to be overseas and CMGI needs PCCLF and vice versa. Softbank, the Japanese "software" company, has a huge global presence and IJMHO that David Wetherel, CMGI CEO, and Richard Li may be trying to play catch up.

Yahoo! is already in Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and other Asian countries.
