10.7%? Sheesh. You should try to give everyone a better concept of how you're doing this some time. Do you hold yourself to a given limit for margin, etc.? What are you going to do when the rally fades? Are you going to sell (if you can)? Are you planning to transition to a different kind of stock? Hedging? Taking the cash and running to some exotic island? It would be impressive even if we didn't know that you're doing similar stuff in your PA. Bravo!
