regarding Governali's increased loss in WCII eps for 2000 <~$13> to <~$15>, much of that is due to factoring in the preferred dividend from the recent deal. there are also interest charges and depreciation that likely gets you there (which could change significantly). but NO change to EBITDA - and a strong call expected - a possible CSFB re-initiation (which would be a first for Kastan-Reingold). and other possible good things in store over the next couple months.
