The 86-page CIA inspector general's report found that the computer Deutch used to work on highly secret material at home was also used to connect to the Internet, including some ``high risk' pornography sites.
There was no evidence that Deutch had visited any of those sites, but it raised security concerns about whether outsiders could have penetrated the computer's files when it was connected to the Internet.
Tenet has said once he received the inspector general's report he took stern action against Deutch by stripping his security clearances. The CIA made that action public, and Deutch at that time said he had erred. [...]
