Interface Systems to Host Panel at the Securities Industry Association Internet Update Conference in New York February 14
ANN ARBOR, Mich., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Interface Systems (Nasdaq: INTF - news) today announced that the company will host a panel discussion at the Securities Industry Association 2000 Internet Update Conference, to be held at the New York Hilton Hotel, February 14, 2000, at 3:30 p.m. The panel discussion is entitled, ``Internet Ready or Not: Bridging the Legacy-to- Internet Gap in Financial Services.'

Executives from ADP Brokerage Services, BNY Clearing Corp., and Reich & Tang Asset Management L.P. will discuss how their firms are overcoming their legacy-to-Internet integration challenges, in order to take advantage of the many opportunities offered by Internet-enabled e-commerce. Robert Granger, vice president of the Internet Applications Group at Interface, will moderate the discussion.

``Bridging the legacy-to-Internet gap is currently one of the hottest issues in the financial services industry,' said Granger. ``This week, the market research firm Killen & Associates is releasing their much-anticipated report on e-Statement Presentment. Overcoming the legacy-to-Internet gap is a crucial step for financial services firms interested in capitalizing on all that electronic statement presentment has to offer. This panel discussion is the perfect entrypoint for those firms wondering how they can overcome their own legacy-to-Internet barriers, in order to tap into the rapidly expanding electronic statement presentment market.'
