Bill, RE: It is true that Linux is not ready for a consumer world...yet....give it 6 more months and it will be. It is going forward quite quickly. Faster than you might imagine. If you haven't installed RHAT Linux in the past 6 months, you'd be amazed at how much easier it is to install than the older versions. With phone support (with real live people) now, RHAT Linux is ready for the consumer market today.
